the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. We particularly loved the onsen bath which, although small, was very relaxing and clean, and had a great atmosphere. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and plenty of hotspots in the city. It was a great value, and we even got free coffee in the lobby!
That the beds were a little too hard for our liking. this was a minor setback and didn't greatly impact our overall experience.

The hotel provided excellent value for money. I particularly enjoyed the spotlessly clean and up-to-date room. The staff was professional and efficient, and the location was perfect for anyone traveling for business. the free coffee in the lobby was a great touch and helped kickstart my day.
While the room was certainly comfortable, the bed was quite hard, which may not be to everyone's liking. Nonetheless, the hotel's central location worked well for me during my business trip, and the room key card was convenient.
